Article 4: Price of products and total cost of an order
4.1. Sale prices of products
The sale prices of products are those shown on the Site at the time of purchase. These sale prices are quoted inclusive of VAT, at the rate applicable on the day the order is placed, but do not include charges for gift wrapping or postage, which will both be added to the bill. Any change in the VAT rate will automatically affect the sale price of products. Payment must be made when the Purchaser places his online order. At no time can the sums paid be considered as deposits or part payments. All orders are payable in euros, including taxes and compulsory contributions.

The Purchaser or the addressee of the ordered products is invited to check the outward condition of the products on delivery.
In the presence of a visible fault (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, parcel or product damaged or broken, etc.), noted during the delivery in the presence of a La Poste employee, the Purchaser or the addressee of the ordered products must apply the La Poste Colissimo procedure, particularly by pointing out the damage or missing items noted and by stating any claims and reservations and refusing the delivery by immediately issuing a declaration of complaint with the La Poste employee (declaration 170).
The Purchaser or the addressee of the ordered products has a period of three clear days from receiving the order to notify the carrier, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, of any incident relating to the condition or content of the delivered parcel. The shipping cost is based on the total weight of the orders.
For any order confirmed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) before 1 p.m. on the UN SOIR A L’OPERA website, the order will be prepared within 48 hours, within the limit of available stocks.
If a product is not available, UN SOIR A L'OPERA will advise the purchaser and will do its best to send the order as soon as possible.
Delivery lead-times, following validation of your order, are the following:
Tracked parcel from La Poste: less than or equal to 5 working days for France and 8 working days for the eurozone outside France.

UN SOIR A L’OPERA accepts the return by parcel or by letter of any article bought on www.unsoiralopera.com if it is returned to UN SOIR A L’OPERA within a period of 8 (eight) days from the date the Purchaser receives the order. Postage costs for returning the parcel are paid for by the Purchaser, except in the event of non-conformity of the delivered products compared to the order. The initial delivery costs are not reimbursed to the Purchaser except in the cases stated in the above delivery information relating to delivery lead-times or concerning exercising the right of retraction, or in the case of non-conformity of the delivered products compared to the order.
